Working with you during the early design stages, I can prepare an inclusive design statement to accompany your Design and Access Statement (DAS) to help you secure planning permission.

Once planning permission is granted and the design progressed during stage 4, if required by the building control body, I will work with you to prepare a robust, detailed Access Strategy to explain how access for disabled people and inclusive design principles have been embedded into the design.
